| Make sure the mortgage release is filed. Sometimes the lender does that, sometimes they send it to you to file so they don’t pay for it.
Read the abstract if you want and throw it in the bottom drawer with rest of good papers. If you sold it today or 50 years from now they will use title insurance and NOT the abstract. It is basically worthless at this point. Don’t waste good money on it. Abstracts worked on attorneys opinions. Ever sue successfully for his opinion? | |
