SE MN | So what are the circumstances where I would be screwed without an abstract? I've always heard that you should be worried about clean title, but who would challenge it and for what reason?
I could see in a crowded city with lots of changing lots, but everybody within 10 miles knows exactly who owns every piece of farm land and it changes hands once or twice a lifetime, so I struggle to envision what kind of trouble I could get in.
