But I was referring to the long term market manipulation of Enron, vs. the short term event seen in TX. My point was it's hard to compare one week event to something that occurred over a months long period. While the peak prices may have been reached late in the year, wholesale power rates in CA had gotten way above market rates surrounding states by mid year in 2000. | |
