NE NEBRASKA | Twenty years ago California had the Enron backed energy crisis that lasted months. Texas crisis was a week of massive price gouging. I wonder who's the modern Enron behind the scenes ordering texas powerplants "offline". I read of 30% of the offline thermal plants were off for no explanation during the cold.
