No, the kit doesn't include the whole clutch. Fingers, throwout bearing carrier, springs, PTO pistons & seals, internally. Springs in the PTO valve, & a check ball, externally. In a pinch you can get by with just the external parts, until it needs split anyway. The springs in the valve are what modulate the engagement. There's a bulletin on the whole deal...
