E.Central MN | I think our state does a decent job at handling things that the govt understands. That's why I was sarcastic about something as critical as keeping the lights on when places like Texas brag about their high tech centers like Austin. Yes the state has failed pretty badly with some of their IT systems, I'm not sure who was crazy enough to think the state had the resources to develop some of those massive systems in house. Maybe our state just has too much of a Garrison Keillor streak that makes the legislature think they're smarter than average. | |
