Subject: RE: $474 million to Microsoft

South Central MN
What part of anything that the MN govt has ran or designed in the last 5 years could be considered high tech or cutting edge or even just serviceable? I'm not saying this to argue; I'd like to know what I'm missing.

What I see: Car registration was bungled, driver licensing was a huge mess, and the covid model got scrapped because it was so inaccurate. The METS system cost us $76 million in federal funding due to data errors. Mnsure (2014) and MN health match are older (2011), but both had massive problems that just proves our govt has been failing at tech for a while.

Again, I'm not trying to pick a fight, I just don't understand anyone claiming MN as a successful high tech state.
