As far as still carrying the virus - a very large study in China looked at all of the contacts of people who had the virus but no symptoms, and the incidence of transmission wasn't low - it was zero.
BTW, that study involved 10,000,000 people.
But, of course, that won't stop the "believe the science" people from using the "logic" you just quoted to keep the border closed.
You seem to have Fidel jr. running your country, and we have . . . I don't really know who it is that is running ours.
As is the case in bull markets, everything is born with the seeds of its own destruction. This forced change is coded into the system in which we live, it seems.
