Pine City, MN | Nov we received the best mailbox price we have ever had. Many good months from last feb to now. You can lock in over 17 class III for 2021 today. We normally are 2-3$ above class III. PPD has changed things, really bad for certain areas on the country. Straw and hay prices are down from a year ago. Protein and cottonseed are up of coarse. With the current farm bill it hard to lose money. Actually if under 200 cows it’s basically impossible too. | |
