I know a guy about 2 hours south of you that delivered raw milk to people in the surrounding area (mostly Columbia) avg 5-700 gallons a week. Did this for about 20 years.
He originally tried to stay a licensed grade A dairy but the regulators made it impossible to keep up.
Worked out well for him, long hours but got paid quite a bit better then convential dairy...
