Subject: RE: DO you have an on farm store where you sell......

There a husband and wife that started a dairy creamery, been open almost year and half. Started out making ice cream and is selling most of it by the scoop in a cone. Since before Christmas they been bottling pasteurized whole milk ( milk still have cream in it ) In quarts and gallon jugs. Also offers chocolate milk in quart jugs. They also sell eggs, pork, beef, and lamb that they get from local producers that be processed and frozen in sealed packages ( except for the eggs which are fresh ). The creamery/store is on the farm next to a busy highway. They also got few other retailers selling their milk, a local butcher shop and a grocery store. They also got home delivery to surrounding counties I assume by a home delivery service doing it for them. They have a family dairy milking over 100 cows which that milk is contracted. But the milk for the creamery comes from a small group of cows milked in a smaller older milk barn down the road that is separated from the main farm. They seem to have it going on and their ice cream and milk is very popular and well like in the area. They are located east of Nashville Tennessee.
