Some say cut out dairy as in cheese to see if it helps. Supposedly affects people differently. Some it helps, some it doesn't.
Wife has also been stuck a year. But she loves cheese too much to give it up. But she is healthy at current weight which is what is important.
First 10-15% of weight loss gets rid of fatty liver and that is of upmost importance. So you have got rid of the most dangerous portion.
