We fed some millet hay that was pp ground. Ours was not as mature as what you have by the looks of it. Fed well but was really dry and the tub grinder pulverized the crap out of it. What do you like better the oats or triticle? We have 60 acres of cereal rye seeded down but was so dry we didn't get much growth. We might have to do oats and could follow it up w sorghum.
