In the latest TX crop progress report it was estimated wheat was 13% headed as of Feb 8. Is there that much along the coast or Rio Grande that this upcoming weather won't devastate? Not sure of a market mover, but with the lows predicted its hard to see any of the wheat that far along making anything but straw.
