I don’t think it is unreasonable to take the loan because in this business the future has always been uncertain. One of my mentors used to say that you plan for everything that has ever messed up your plans and all and behold some unknown malady screw everything up.

We bought an overpriced farm in 2013. Had plenty of equity, cash flow was tight but seemed doable. Needless to say the last few years have not been pleasant.

Can we survive without taking the ppp. I think so. But after the last few years I’m a little gun shy.

How much credence is a judge going to put on a post on Agtalk
