Carbon credits for farming is fairly simple. Organic matter is carbon. All you need to do is track organic matter increases in your soil. Almost all farms have a soil test history. If they really want to find out the best way to store carbon just get the records of farming practices and soil tests from farmers. So lets get some real data and do the science.
