| Thank you. You just answer a big question. Southern Iowa has a lot of clay. For many years farmers the North that they were smarter and they could buy the land in south Iowa and farm it and improve it. But it has not worked as good as they though. It is very hard to increase the organic matter in clay ground now I know why. So will they not get any carbon credits on clay??? We farmed some sand and it did not seem to build organic matter either. Is there a similar process that happens in sand. | |
