Subject: RE: Update on flat grain storage

La Salle, Colorado
i think that back in the 80's some people here built dual purpose machine sheds/ grain storage buildings. i think some cost sharing from government. they put some plywood or heavy lumber on inside to protect the sheet metal from being pushed out. seemed to work. not used for corn anymore just machine storage. here the corn basis is usually positive and feedlots buy most of corn early off combine. some storage around more out towards fort morgan and brush colo.
