| They don't care will not pay rent and will destroy your property, steal appliances and anything they want. Had a newly remodeled modular home very nice for sale back in 2008 when financing was really hard to get after recession. Financed it myself to sell and in 7 yrs had to foreclose evict them. House is trashed, never cleaned anything, small pets in house urine and crap never cleaned up total mess. State law supports them to get away with it and you get nothing . If you take action to protect your property and get them out immediately before it gets worse without letters of eviction served with X number of days depending on state law the renter can take legal action against landlord and cost landlord extremely. Government supports these sorry people to take advantage of good landlords
