Bought a farm with a house that needed several dollars put into it to make it rental-able, Had some people inquire about renting it. We have had renters before, so we burned the house down, cleaned up the area and now plant it.We are so happy. No headaches with renters, no late payments, no sob stories. We kind of enjoyed burning it down.
