S.C. Wisconsin | I was told by a person who was helping a food pantry that there are to many people who don't know how to prepare basic raw foods. He was gathering potatoes behind the harvesters and donating them to the food pantry. The big problem was a good share of those people getting food from the food pantry didn't know how to prepare a potato. A person can eat quite economically if they can prepare basic raw commodities. | |
