sw ontario | For people living on the street they say the thing most need is good,warm socks in winter....With this cv 19 I am afraid we will see more people with mental health issues living on the streets....A lot of thefts lately and most are scrap, copper wire and even my mechanic lost a bunch of used batteries and cataltyic converters when his shop was broke into....never took any tools or stuff of value....Either need quick money for drugs/alcohol or really needy | |
