No bun, bread ever haven’t used red sugar for years. Yes fighting off the evening snacks gives great scale results. I’ve lost 40 in the last year only looking for another 10-15. Not bad for 78
Look up Keto peanut butter bombs. Simple to make, a couple a night took care of my evening snack craving. J
