NW IA | I noticed that you eat three meals a day.
Try moving breakfast back an hour a day until it goes away. Eat your first meal of the day at ten AM or later. Supper at least three hours before sleep.
An 8 hour "feeding" window.
I have found it's easier to have coffee and heavy cream before I head out for chores, then keep busy with whatever needs to be done until I want to take a break at 10 or later. Bacon, lots of it (out of the pellet grill is best) 4 eggs is typical.
Sounds counter intuitive to eat less often to defeat hunger, but it works if you eat the right stuff.
On several occasions during planting and harvest I have kept moving all day and eating only in the evening without being hungry or running out of gas.
I think the science is behind it if I remember a tenth of what I have learned chasing John Burns links down the YouTube rabbit hole. | |
