You may not be getting enough fat. If you are not getting the energy you need you will tend to subconsciously over eat protein to get adequate fat that is included with the protein package. That being said, I eat a LOT. I don't eat breakfast but when we basically have breakfast for lunch I eat 4 eggs, 2-4 strips of bacon and 2-3 sausage patties. For lunch I would have about a pound of hamburger as well as some other stuff. If I eat at Wendy's (rarely) it will be a triple baconator (no bun, no sauce and I ask for mustard) and that is hardly enough to satisfy me. Pork rinds would be a better alternative than the popcorn. Carbs will tend to make you hungry a few hours later. Fat and protein are more satiating and will let you go longer between meals without being hungry. That is my experience anyway. John
