West Manchester Ohio | Kind of a follow up to Cache Creeks question but I didn’t want to hijack his thread. We have been thinking about putting simm or red angus on some of our Hereford cows to increase heterosis and add some grow and marbling to the steers and make some kick butt replacements. I’d like to keep most of the herd red and docility is important. Most of our cattle go private treaty so not worried about sale barn discounts. So what’s your thoughts? Simm or red angus? Or something else?
