In my area of Ohio there isn’t enough demand for registered stock, my thinking is the F1s would be more marketable.
In all honesty I am fearful of losing the docility that I enjoy with my Herefords, but maybe that will just come down to careful bull selection. Almost all my steers go to freezer beef.
