Central Kentucky | I just have a small cow calf herd of 70 cows but did want to have a better idea about cattle weights. I know I will probably get criticized but I bought a kit on eBay for $175 shipped to my door. We had to weld brackets to my Priefert chute to mount it but it works good for me and I can’t believe how accurate. I am sure it doesn’t have all of the bells and whistles that the high dollar scales have but I can definitely recommend it for the small producers. | |
