My dad got a wild hair and bought 12 hogs back when they were really cheap.
Rented a semi reefer, and a bunch of family and friends got together and processed them all.
I was shaking my head when Dad started that whole 'mess'. It turned out to be a good experience for everyone and most all of us wanted to do it again sometime, just maybe not so many at a time.....
Why so much demand for freezer beef/pork?
