Habit. People are a creature of habit. Got into it because of Covid and now a lot have a freezer and want to make use of it Until Covid slows way down people will stay more home bound. Besides who wants to sit in a restaurant with a mask on until you get your food and then need to put it back on when your done.
Why so much demand for freezer beef/pork?
