Central PA | Skimmed the bill a bit. Interesting how much it trashes the EPA for not regulating enough.
I agree OPs as a whole could be on the chopping block.
With some of the new regs making it safer, paraquat could be a toss up.
I bet neonics could see a lot of litigation. On one hand they’re pretty safe but pollinators are a nagging issue, particularly with seed treatments it seems.
I didn’t get the perception that this binds us to the EU regs. EPA probably won’t take this lying down and will defend their approval process, too. My bet is that it’s not going anywhere fast. Govtrack/Skopos gives it a 2% chance of being enacted (I’m assuming as written). | |
