NC Kansas | Enlist Duo is already under fire to save the monarch butterfly. I'm not a sky is falling type over the election either way. I don't think the result will rapidly change what we are already fighting. It won't help but won't move the needle that much if Biden gets in there.
To the folks saying that Bayer and EPA "rushed" this through and lawsuits are already underway cause it was "unlawful"... well I'm sure they thought of that. They obviously had to re-register the label anyway and knew it was under fire/scrutiny over the last 4 years. I'm guessing some lawyers were involved that make more in an hour than I do in month... How many years did it take for the 9th circuit crap come home to roost. | |
