Kettle Moraine, WI | Relating only to relief. For years I have had charlie horse in back of calf a handful of times a year at most, generally middle of night, and wouldn't not forget those few and far between events. Searched internet. Near instant relief for me although painful to think about during a cramp is to stand up with foot flat on floor and then bend calf forward to stretch the back of calf muscle. If laying down, grab top of foot or just bend foot back to stretch those back of calf muscles. Instant relief for me. Can't belief I used to lay there in pain and wait for it to subside. Game changer. | |
