Well the typical recommendation would be you are short on potassium, which you might be but your heart is still going so you aren’t too short, and the cramp is probably actually due to low magnesium.

Chlorophyll is a good source of magnesium. You can eat leafy greens and supplement to get enough magnesium. Most effective supplement for uptake is magnesium bicarbonate. You make it by putting three tablespoons of milk of magnesia, unflavored, in a quart of carbonated water. Shake until clear, take 4 ounces a day.

But here is probably what is really happening. You are likely short on sodium, your body will hold onto it pretty tightly and use other anions in your urine, so you get depleted.

Use more salt and you will probably experience pretty quick relief from the cramps.
