I don't understand the slug issues people have with these heads. You are not he first to have that problem. How far back was your faceplate tilted? We had water running off the roof type heavy fogs for 2 weeks this harvest and never a slug after I dressed up the auger flightings and tilted the faceplate all the way back. Dirt
