southern MN | The 7 acre patch the cattle graze on the other side of the farm doesn’t get hog manure, and has a few more radish per acre. Without the hog manure it doesn’t grow as lush, but there is Good growth them to graze in addition to the cornstalks and even bean stubble they can browse.
I have a lot of giant ragweed in that field I don’t graze, I have found Brox 2EC doesn’t kill the oats, alfalfa, clover, or turnips, but does harm the broadleaf weeds enough to keep them in check. I don’t think turnips are mentioned on the label, but as I’m not harvesting those turnips in any way I don’t think I’m breaking any rules.
