With an electric forklift to be able to run 24/7 it took 3 batteries per truck. One in the truck, one on the charger, and one cooling. Cooling was an important part for long battery life. Most factories couldn't afford that many batteries. Hot charging shortened battery life significantly. Battery management will always be important for the longevity of the batteries life.
