Windom, MN | Not fast, maybe 35-40. Hurt my shoulder in football and never got any speed back after recovery. I play catch with my 10 year old daughter and she can almost throw as hard as me. She probably has one of the best arms on the team though.
I still play slow pitch softball, only thing I will do is pitch though. Underhand I am good, no pain or anything. I am also pretty accurate, so also a pretty good cornhole/bag player.
Even when I could throw hard I wasn't very fast, but was accurate. Greg Maddux was my kind of pitcher. Not the fastest, but could hit the corners well. Hard to believe how baseball has changed in the last few years. Some guys in the big leagues have a high 80s low 90s change-up. | |
