I was in my early 20's and was going to show off to my new bride just how fast I could throw a ball. I rocked back and threw a screaming 74 MPH fastball that I thought I lost my arm on the ground when I let go of the ball. It took me a week to get over that sore arm and am still hearing about my fastball to this day.
