I thought was the only one that has these kind of issues. I have a very similar issue where I put in a shared driveway. Property changed hands and new operator wrecks his half by carting out. now my half too narrow to turn pulling wagons. I am the one with the problem. If I fix, he get a free access again. Should have put it all on my side years back. Then I would have control of it
