1/2 ground venison and 1/2 ground pork. Mix in cheap fatty bacon finely cut (I use kitchen scissors), chopped Hatch green chilis, finely chopper onion, and grated velveta cheese. When mixing add season all salt and black pepper. Cook on pellet smoker set at 350F and pull off around 145F. MMM MMM good.
