Straight soy hulls would be a little low on protein if feeding grass hay. Soy hulls and gluten pellets mixed together make excellent "grain mix" if you have them on hand as separate ingredients so that you can mix them yourself. Something around an 80/20 blend would be pretty good. You may need a little limestone added though if feeding grass hay. I'd have to double check the numbers.

Soyhulls can be a complete diet but I wouldn't do it. Hay and corn is usually cheaper, plus the manure gets really loose when you start to remove hay for hulls. It is however a labor saving method that can work really well in the right situation such as highly prolific ewes in lambing barn. .
