My cows I feed equal parts Soy hulls, cracked corn, corn gluten pellets I put a toxin binder in to be on the safe side and was told this contains copper so a no no for sheep. Ewes are on a kent trace mineralized salt. You are also correct not huge numbers of ewes.
I attended a pipe stone call several years ago and the presenter was promoting soy hulls as a great complete feed for ewes but at 9% thought they were a little low? | |
