Spray a pre with Valor or Zidua Pro behind the planter, that will stress them to keep nodal length shorter. Cadet in an early post will stress and branch them too. Watch variety selection, but generally 140k on 15's is plenty. Population competition for sunlight and moisture generally determine height overall. Too thick, too tall generally.
