You know your area better than I do, but if you're planting on 15" rows, I'd say your population is too high. I plant on 15s too and I won't go any higher than 150, and usually I plant at 130-140k. My father in law used to still plant using drill populations (180-200) using a 15" kinze, and his beans would lodge every year (I do his combining). A couple years ago, I talked him into trying a couple fields at 165. They didn't go down as bad and they yielded just as good. Last year he planted all his acres at 165.
