NC Kansas | In a large part of Kansas that still grows wheat we usually try to get the beans off first and get started drilling wheat after. The corn usually just waits it's turn. Not many have big on farm storage capabilities let alone a drying set up. There are local feedlots that open up for high moisture corn but that doesn't last real long once word gets out. So some do high moisture before they start beans in those specific instances. | |
