| this subject has worried me from the beginning of the eagle ford , i know of people in your situation and people that have made lots of $$$$ selling our resourses to oil an gas to get wealthy, and leave everone else out.
The water board should help you, that was the reason they started those, to protect the private landowner from someone stealing there water by purchasing a few acres and draining all the land around them. But money talks and BS walks.
