20-30 years ago John Deere built a steel plant powered by electricity near the Mississippi river. They dug 1 or more wells and their neighbors' wells started to dry up. JD ended up drilling 200 or so wells for their neighbors. I have no idea how this resolution came about, but it sounds similar to your situation. Good Luck!
