Rolla, ND | What seems to work is get rid of the breakfast cereal and eat eggs instead.
I know the cereals are fortified with mystery vitamins from Chinese chemical factories but they don’t seem to me to work well. Grain doesn’t naturally have the B vitamins you need so whole grain or not really doesn’t matter.
Could be a change in flora affecting the vitamins as well. Not sure the exact reason, but upping the eggs seems to work.
Some people it seems to be injury in the mouth triggers them.
