North central Missouri | I had them bad growing up and found out there is an ingredient???? In most toothpaste's that actually helps cause them and or make them worse. Sorry i can't remember what its called but once I switched to arm and hammer brand toothpaste I hardly ever get them and if I do I just brush the sore really rough with the brush and it's usually gone In a day. I'm sure the peroxide in the toothpaste is a help after one shows up but its the lack of that ingredient that's the key.
Edit: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or SLS I believe
